Ohio State is one of the best teams in the country, coming into today’s game with a 5-1 record, and they are ranked fourth in the nation. They are also 3-0 in the Big Ten. Their lone loss this season came against Texas on the road. Their last loss to a Big Ten team was also against Indiana, last year. Now they may be looking for some revenge.
In order to get their revenge, they will turn to Julian Sayin who has put together a really strong year. His favorite target, Jeremiah Smith, has already hauled in 916 yards and 11 touchdowns for the season. That duo could be the major difference in this game and something Indiana has to figure out how to stop.
The Indiana Hoosiers haven’t lost a game since 2024, and the team went 11-2. Their lone loss in the regular season was against the Buckeyes and it wasn’t particularly close. They dropped the game 38-15. Since then, they’ve won 29 straight regular-season contests. They beat Ohio State 13-10 last season in the Big Ten Championship.
Being at home should give the Hoosiers a bit of an edge in this game. They’ve been on the road for the past two weeks. After beating Rutgers 47-15, Nebraska gave Indiana all they could handle. Ultimately, the Cornhuskers fell short, 20-17. Josh Hoover will look to go toe-to-toe with Sayin and stay perfect with no interceptions.
Will the Buckeys suffer their second loss of the season, or will the Hoosiers get their first blemish on their record? Fanatics Sportsbook is getting you in on the action with a $20 wager giving you $350 in FanCash when using promo code FOXNEWS350.
