Week 6 has arrived, and we are ready to see who is a pretender and who is a contender, with a juicy matchup between the Broncos and Seahawks. Betr is offering new users the promo code FOXNEWS to earn $200 in bonuses and four sweat-free picks.
There are a lot of parallels between these two teams. Last season, they both made it to their conference championship games. The Seahawks won theirs, and the Broncos lost theirs in a close battle without their starting quarterback. They both enter today’s game with a 3-2 record for the season.
The Seattle Seahawks started their season by dismissing the same team they defeated in the Super Bowl, the Patriots. That game wasn’t exactly exciting for them, as quarterback Sam Darnold left the game early. They still won 13-10. Week 2 was a little more normal, with them beating the Cardinals 31-7 and Darnold back.
In Week 3, they headed to Washington to face the Commanders and had to face Marcus Mariota. The team couldn’t get the stop needed and lost 33-31. After returning home, they beat the Chargers (a complete disaster of a team). Last week, they hosted the 49ers, and San Francisco got revenge for a playoff embarrassment by beating Seattle 32-29.
The Denver Broncos started against the Kansas City Chiefs on the road. The Chiefs have been one of the best teams in football for years, and after a down year, they had a statement victory over the Broncos, winning 31-10. The next two weeks saw Denver get wins over tough teams like the Jaguars and the Rams.
The win over the Rams was most impressive because they came back from down big in the game to pull out the win. Their other loss came the following week against the same San Francisco team that just beat Seattle. Last week, the Broncos took down the Chargers with a final score of 23-17.
Tonight, the two square off, and it could be a Super Bowl preview, or perhaps a chance for us to see what could’ve been. Betr is giving new users a chance to call their shot with promo code FOXNEWS, giving them $200 in bonuses and four sweat-free picks.
Note: The Cincinnati Bengals, Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins, and Minnesota Vikings are on a bye this week.
